• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that the products listed on our website are accurately described. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product descriptions, images, or other content.
• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and availability at any time.
• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the website are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Account and Registration

5. Payment

• Sharyn Your Memories will collect a $100 deposit after the consultation. The remainder of the charges which include labor, the cost of the book and shipping directly to you will be due upon completion of the book. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policies: We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products you purchase.
• Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Sharyn Your Memories are shipped with a tracking number. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

7. Returns 

• Your Photo book will be shipped directly to you. If by any chance the book is damaged in shipping (which is rare) contact us as soon as possible.
  Please include photos of the damage and we will contact the printer immediately and send a replacement at no cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharyn Your Memories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sharyn Your Memories and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the website without prior written consent.
